Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Nya Rose, some of our pieces are offered through pre-orders, allowing customers to reserve items before they are ready to ship.

Pre-Order Payments

Where indicated on the product page, a 60% initial payment is collected when the pre-order is placed, with the remaining 40% collected according to the payment schedule disclosed at checkout.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nyarose.com.

If production or purchasing commitments have not yet been made for your order, we generally offer a full refund of the amount paid.

Once production or purchasing commitments have been made, we may retain a reasonable portion of the initial payment to cover genuine, non-recoverable costs arising from the cancellation, where permitted by applicable law and where the relevant terms were disclosed before purchase.

We will explain any proposed deduction and refund any remaining amount due.

Production Delays or Unavailable Items

If we cannot fulfil your order, or if shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
