Order processing time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 1-4 business days. 

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a track and trace code, where you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. 

Shipping

Currently we are experiencing slower than normal shipping times due to COVID however Once your order is processed and in transit to your desired destination, your package can take 5 days up to 3 weeks. We are making sure we do everything possible to make this service as fast as possible. We are wanting to be completely transparent with our customers to ensure the best customer satisfaction. From January 20th - Feb 8th please add an additional 8 days due to Asias NEW YEAR, factories are closed during this time.
